2 · Facilitation fee — 10% of your commission when qardon.com brings the lead

Only when we route a buyer, seller, or borrower to you. If you bring your own client into the platform, no facilitation fee applies. You set the relationship with your customer; we provide the rails.

The end-customer's 0%-interest experience is preserved. You earn your standard commission. We never skim from the buyer or seller — facilitation is paid out of your earned commission, transparently disclosed at the start of every routed lead.

What does signup look like?

You complete a role-aware intake — escrow, MLO, underwriter, or realtor. You upload your license number and supporting documentation. We verify against the appropriate registry (NMLS Consumer Access for MLOs, state real-estate commission APIs for realtors, escrow regulators per state, underwriter-specific verification). Your account becomes active once verification clears. Typically same-day to 48 hours.

Do I have to give up my existing book of business?

No. qardon.com is additive. You can route your existing clients through the platform (transaction rooms, document flow, commission tracking) without us claiming facilitation — facilitation only applies when we bring a new lead to you. Many professionals use qardon.com primarily for the transaction-room and commission-ledger tooling.

How does license verification work if my license is in multiple states?

Each license is verified independently against its issuing authority. Your profile shows all verified jurisdictions. We re-verify annually; if a license lapses, that jurisdiction's postings auto-suspend while your other jurisdictions remain active.

What happens at year-end for taxes?

qardon.com generates a 1099-equivalent statement for every professional account by January 31. Your commission ledger is available year-round in the dashboard, exportable to CSV or PDF. Talk to your tax professional about local treatment.

Can I list on qardon.com and also on the traditional MLS?

Yes. Realtor listings on qardon.com can be auto-syndicated to Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, and your local MLS where applicable. We don't compete with MLS — we extend reach to the 0%-buyer audience.

What if I want to take a deal off-platform after qardon.com routes the lead?

Don't. Routed leads are subject to facilitation, similar to how MLS leads are subject to commission. Attempting to circumvent the platform is detected through lead lookup and post-transaction reconciliation; first offense generates a warning, repeated offenses result in account suspension. Transparency is the deal.
