Financial Advisor · Investment-Ecosystem Segment

For licensed financial advisors. Be the advisor of record. Let the robot do the trading.

Clients invest their own money in their own brokerage accounts. An AI investment robot — screened for halal compliance and bounded by each client's own authorization — proposes and executes trades. You are the RIA-of-record: you provide professional oversight, tune the strategy to make it more profitable, and earn a commission from your clients. Bring your book of business or get matched with new clients. Build a star rating that travels with you.

Why advisors join

The advisor toolkit, built around an investment robot.

You stay the licensed professional in the relationship. The platform handles the rails, the brokerage integration, and the heavy lifting of execution — so your time goes to strategy and clients.

Bring your book — or get matched

Onboard your existing clients onto the platform, or get matched with self-directed investors who need an advisor of record. Either way, the relationship is yours.

%

Earn an advisory commission

You earn your advisory commission from your clients, transparently disclosed up front. The platform never touches client principal — money stays in each client's own account at the brokerage.

Build a star rating

Clients rate you after each review cycle. Your average rating and review count are visible to prospective clients in the advisor directory — your reputation, earned and portable.

Tune the investment robot

An advanced Strategy Controls panel lets you — as a professional — set rebalancing cadence, risk thresholds, sector tilts, and profit-taking rules. Your tuning is your value-add. Halal screening is always on.

Identity-masked clients

You see invested amount, yield, risk band, and pending recommendations — but never a name, email, or phone. Clients are shown as masked handles. This protects them and keeps the relationship on-platform.

$

Simple subscription

One flat monthly subscription for your advisor seat. No tiers, no surprises. Includes the dashboard, the Strategy Controls panel, mediated messaging, and your directory profile.

The model

You advise. The robot executes. The client owns everything.

qardon.com never holds client money. Each client's funds stay in their own brokerage account, in their own name.

Client opens their own account

The client funds a brokerage account in their own name (Broker-as-a-Service). Their principal is always theirs — qardon.com only initiates authorized trades, never custody.

The robot proposes trades

The AI investment robot builds a halal-screened buy/sell batch for each client, tuned to the strategy template you assigned. Clients can approve batches with one button, or opt into full automation.

You are the advisor of record

You provide the professional oversight required for the relationship, review the robot's recommendations, and tune the strategy. The RIA-of-record is you — not Fotoh.

Halal screening, always on

Every holding is screened (AAOIFI-style). You can tighten the screen, never disable it. No riba-bearing instruments, no prohibited sectors. The screen is architectural.

You earn, transparently

Your advisory commission is disclosed to the client up front and tracked in your earnings ledger. The platform earns only your flat subscription. Clean separation.

Clients rate you

After each review cycle, clients rate the relationship. Strong ratings raise your visibility in the advisor directory and bring you more matched clients.

Privacy as a security feature

Your clients are identity-masked — by design, end to end.

⊟ No PII. Ever. Masked handles only.

Every client appears to you as a masked handle — for example Client-7F3A. You will never see a name, email address, phone number, or mailing address anywhere in the advisor portal. This is not a UI setting that can be toggled off: the advisor data model contains no PII at all. Identity masking is enforced server-side on the qardon.org investment engine, before any data ever reaches your dashboard.

Why we do this — two reasons, both protective:

  • It protects the client. Their financial life is never exposed to a third party by name. Their identity stays with the platform and the brokerage, not on an advisor's spreadsheet.
  • It protects the relationship — and the waqf. Because no contact information is ever exchanged, neither side can take the relationship off-platform. An advisor cannot poach a client to a private channel, and a client cannot pull the advisor away from the rails that keep the waqf relationship intact. Everyone stays inside the system that makes the model work.

All advisor ↔ client communication happens through mediated, on-platform messaging — identity-masked, logged, and stripped of any contact information. This is the only channel, and it is a feature, not a limitation.

Professional tooling

Robot Strategy Controls — your value-add.

Retail clients pick a simple risk band. You get the advanced panel. Tune the robot to make it more profitable for your clients — all within the halal screen and each client's own authorization.

Pro knobs in the Strategy Controls panel

Halal screening: always on   You can tighten it. You can never disable it.

  • Rebalancing cadence — continuous, daily, weekly, monthly, or threshold-triggered.
  • Risk & volatility thresholds — set the volatility ceiling and max drawdown tolerance per template.
  • Allocation drift bands — how far a holding may drift before the robot rebalances it back.
  • Sector & factor tilts — lean toward value, growth, quality, or specific halal-permitted sectors.
  • News-sensitivity / signal aggressiveness — how strongly the robot reacts to market signals and news.
  • Profit-taking & stop rules — automatic take-profit targets and stop-loss / trailing-stop levels.
  • Screening strictness — tighten AAOIFI financial-ratio thresholds beyond the always-on baseline.
  • Automation-mode default — batch-approval (client presses the button) or full automation (opt-in), per template.
  • Named strategy templates — build templates like "Conservative Income" or "Growth Tilt" and assign them by risk band or to individual clients.

Everything you tune stays inside two hard guardrails: the always-on halal screen, and the authorization each client granted. The robot will never trade outside what the client allowed, and never into a non-compliant instrument.

Frequently asked

Financial Advisor FAQ.

Who is the RIA / advisor of record?

You are. Fotoh is not the registered investment adviser — the licensed financial advisor the client selects from this marketplace is. You provide the professional oversight the relationship requires. The investment robot is a tool you operate; the advisory relationship is yours.

Where does the client's money sit?

In the client's own brokerage account, in their own name, at a Broker-as-a-Service platform. qardon.com never holds, custodies, or pools client money — it only initiates authorized trades the robot proposes and the client (or your assigned automation) approves.

Why can't I see my clients' names?

Identity masking is a security feature. It protects the client's financial privacy, and it prevents either side from taking the relationship off-platform — which would break the waqf relationship the system depends on. The advisor data model contains no PII at all; masking is enforced server-side, not just hidden in the interface. All communication runs through mediated, identity-masked messaging.

Can I make the robot more aggressive to earn better returns?

Yes — within two hard guardrails. The Strategy Controls panel lets you tune rebalancing cadence, risk thresholds, sector tilts, signal aggressiveness, and profit-taking rules, and package them into named templates. But every strategy stays inside the always-on halal screen and inside each client's own authorization. The robot will never trade into a non-compliant instrument or beyond what the client allowed.

Can I turn off the halal screen for a client who asks?

No. Halal screening is always on and cannot be disabled by anyone — advisor or client. You may tighten it (stricter AAOIFI ratios), never loosen it past the baseline. This is architectural.

How do I get paid?

You earn your advisory commission from your own clients, disclosed up front and tracked in your earnings ledger. qardon.com does not take a cut of client assets or of your commission — its only revenue from you is the flat $49/month advisor subscription.

Can I bring my existing clients?

Yes. Onboard your existing book onto the platform, or get matched with new self-directed investors who need an advisor of record. Either way, once on-platform, clients appear to you as masked handles and the relationship runs through the rails.
