Three things to know
One price. The price you set is the price, cash or monthly — it never grows. Your sale. You are the seller and the lienholder; you sign your own agreement; qardon.com is not a party to it. Free. Listing, the buyer's confirmed contact and the agreement cost you nothing.
Many good buyers cannot get financing. At one price with nothing added, they can buy from you — and you decide the terms.
No cash-discount pressure. A buyer who pays monthly pays your full price, the same as cash.
Buyers locked out by tight credit can still afford your item, because nothing is added for paying over time.
You write your agreement with our system — your name, your price, your term, the dates. You stay the seller and the lienholder until the price is paid in full.
Your buyer sends each monthly payment straight from his own bank to yours, by Zelle or Bill Pay, and you confirm it on your deal page. No money passes through a Fotoh account.
A buyer’s e-mail and phone are confirmed before he can make an offer on your item. We run no credit check or background check, and we will not say we do. Whether to sell to him is your decision.
A buyer in hardship is helped, never penalised, and the amount owed stays the amount owed. The Recovery Fund is meant to help a buyer struck by calamity, as far as the fund allows.

Write a paragraph the way you would describe it to a neighbour: what it is, where it is, its condition, your price, and how many months you would let a buyer take to pay it.
Don’t worry about format. Mention your price and how long you would let a buyer pay. There is one price: the same whether the buyer pays at once or monthly.
Have your photos ready. You will need clear photos of the item: at least 4 for a car, boat, equipment or business, 6 for a home, 2 for jewelry. Your listing goes public only when they are in.
Check every field and complete the rest. When it looks right, confirm by e-mail.
One price. Nothing is added for paying over time, and it never grows.
Examples: 24 = 2 years · 60 = 5 years · 360 = 30 years. You and your buyer agree the down payment and the dates in your agreement.
A larger down payment protects you more.
Your lowest price is private. No buyer ever sees it.
