For sellers · Phase 1.5

You're going to sell anyway. Make your fee build something that lasts.

Whatever you're selling — a home, a car, land, equipment, a business, any asset — you're going to sell it anyway, and pay a fee anyway. With Qardon, 75% of your fee flows to the Recovery Fund that gives interest-free loans to families drowning in debt. You pay market rate. We make sure your fee builds something that lasts forever.

Where your fee goes

3% platform fee at close. Of that, ~0.75% sustains the qardon.com platform (engineering, infrastructure, compliance); ~2.25% flows to qardon.org as a Recovery Fund Waqf — interest-free lending capital for families in debt. The allocation appears on every transaction. The witness is the fee, not a sermon.

What sellers gain

Sell faster. Sell at your price. Sleep at night.

Traditional sales force you to either accept a steep cash discount or carry the buyer yourself with no backup. We fix both problems.

Keep your asking price

No more "cash discount" pressure. Buyers pay your deferred price in full across installments.

Wider buyer pool

Buyers locked out by tight credit markets and high mortgage rates can still afford your asset on installments.

Defer your capital gains

Installment-sale tax treatment can spread your capital gains across the term — often a major reduction vs. one-time-sale taxation.

Automated collection

We charge the buyer's payment method monthly; you get a clean deposit. No invoicing, no chasing, no awkward conversations.

Verified buyers only

Identity, creditworthiness, fraud history — all checked before contract. No banks turning the deal down at the last minute.

Closing handled for you

Licensed escrow partners in our network hold funds, transfer title, and file paperwork. You don't lift a finger on the closing.

What your fee becomes

A fee you never see again — or an endowment in your name, forever.

You pay a closing fee either way. The only question is what it becomes after the deal is done.

The conventional way

You sell, you pay a fee to a broker or a bank, and the fee is simply gone. It paid for a transaction and nothing more. No family is helped, nothing is built, and nothing carries your name.

The qardon.org way

75% of that very same fee is recorded as an endowment in your name at qardon.org. It is never spent. It becomes interest-free lending capital that revolves — and never stops.

What an endowment does — without end

Your endowment is lent, at 0%, to a family who needs a mercy — to pay off a debt that is crushing them, to buy a first home, a car to get to work, an education, a wedding. When they finish repaying, the same money is lent again to the next family. And again, and again — every cycle lifting another household out of interest-based debt, for as long as the fund exists. One closing fee. Families helped without end, in your name. And the same fund stands behind you: if calamity ever strikes you, its Recovery program can help you in turn.

Three steps. Then you're live.

You describe your asset in plain language. Our AI fills the structured listing. You review, you publish.

Step 1 — Describe what you're selling.

Write a paragraph the way you'd describe it to a neighbor. Include what it is, where it is, condition, your asking price, and how long you'd let a buyer pay it off. Our AI handles the structured fields.

Don't worry about format. Mention the price two ways if you can — a cash price and a deferred price across installments. If you only have one, that's fine too; we'll suggest the other on the review screen.

Things buyers want to know:
  • What is it? (year, make, model, square footage, materials)
  • Where is it? (city, state)
  • Condition and history (mileage, age, owners, repairs)
  • Your cash price and your deferred price
  • How long you'll let a buyer pay (months or years)

Step 2 — Review your listing (optional).

Our AI extracted these fields from what you wrote. Fix anything that's wrong — by typing or, when the Companion is wired in, by saying "make the price $26,500" out loud. When it looks right, publish.

Choose your tier offer

Which payment option(s) do you want to offer buyers? The Qard Hassan tier is the choice we celebrate — buyers see it tagged distinctly.

When you choose Qard Hassan, your buyer's monthly cost equals the cash price spread over their chosen term — zero premium added. You become the lender that the Qard Hassan tradition describes: the asset transfers, the buyer pays you the cash value over time, with no time-value reward. The premium you forgo is a recurring contribution back to your buyer — a gift that continues for the life of the agreement. Buyers see your listing tagged Qard Hassan — distinctly marked, visually elevated, the celebrated choice on qardon.com.

Examples: 60 = 5 years · 120 = 10 years · 360 = 30 years.

Qardon.org cash-out advantage
When you choose Qard Hassan and qardon.org's pool has capacity at your close date, qardon.org may advance you up to 100% of the cash price upfront. Your buyer's installments then go to qardon.org. You get your money fast; the buyer gets true 0% Qard Hassan financing; the pool revolves perpetually. Pool capacity is shown in real time at your buyer's engagement.
Two ways to sell — you choose

qardon will guarantee your sale to a verified buyer — and may buy it for cash when the pool has capital available. You just need a good buyer; we make the sale safe.

Guarantor path — common path

You offer owner-financing of the deferred price. A verified buyer pays your asking price in 0% installments, collected through qardon.com. qardon.org stands behind the deal as guarantor — your sale is well-secured.

Discount ≈ 20–30% — the honest service fee for verifying the buyer, matching, and collecting your installments. Not a fee for the guarantee; the guarantee comes alongside.

Cash purchase — when capital is available

qardon.com pays you cash now and takes ownership, then resells to a verified buyer at 0%. Offered only while the pool holds available capital.

Discount ≈ 25–35% — the service-and-trade margin on a cash purchase.

A portion of the service fee is recorded as an endowment in your name at qardon.org — capital lent interest-free to others, whose principal stays whole.

Cash price

Buyers paying the full amount up front pay this.

Deferred-with-premium price

Single fixed amount, higher than cash. Locked once contracted. Split across the chosen term. Leave equal to cash if you only offer Qard Hassan.

Examples: 60 = 5 years · 120 = 10 years · 360 = 30 years.
