Title companies, DMV agents, inspectors, attorneys and community-finance institutions: the people who sell and buy on qardon.com sign with each other and pay each other, and some of them will want your work for the steps your state requires. They hire you directly, at your own price. We route nothing to you and take nothing from you. Open a conversation.
On qardon.com the seller is the seller and the buyer is the buyer: they sign with each other, and each payment goes to the seller’s own account. Nothing is routed to a third party, and nothing is added to the price. Where a state’s own steps call for licensed work, the two of them may hire it — from you, at your price, agreed with them directly.
For a home or land: the title search and the recording of the seller’s deed of trust or land contract, when the seller and buyer choose to use you.
For a vehicle, RV, mobile home or boat: the title work and the lien recorded in the seller’s name, per your state’s DMV rules, when the two of them choose to use you.
An independent inspection is our standing advice to every buyer; a buyer who wants one hires you himself.
The agreement is prepared from templates for that kind of item and written in the seller’s name; a seller or buyer who wants a licensed attorney in his state to read it hires one himself.
Your brand. Our engine. A complete community-finance back office under your roof, with member onboarding, contributions, applications, ledger, and compliance — fully tenant-isolated.
None of this is built: identity verification, OFAC screening, AML transaction monitoring, audit-ready logs. The design is to offer that compliance engine into your existing stack one day, and none of it exists to sell you today. If you came for this, the honest answer is that there is nothing to integrate yet, and we would rather say so than take a meeting on it.
Connect your existing member system to our AI Application Judge. Behavior-based, ECOA-clean, FCRA-aware decisioning with an explainable trail.
For larger institutions: a co-build path where our engineering team works alongside yours on a shared roadmap, with mutually-defined SLAs and data residency.

We do not publish a customer logo wall. The arrangement is between us and the institution; case studies appear only with explicit authorization.
We work with community-finance nonprofits on standard commercial terms. qardon.org is not one of them — it is the waqf-recording technology of Fotoh, Inc., the same for-profit company as qardon.com.
