Legal
This version is retired. It was replaced on 2026-10-24 by the current Seller Terms (owner ruling of 2026-10-24: no payment processor of Fotoh’s; your customers pay you directly, from their own account into yours). It is kept as the record of what was accepted under it. Version: qardon-com-seller-terms-v2-2026-10-20. Effective date: 2026-10-20. The version in force before this one is kept, marked retired, at /legal/seller-terms-v1; the prices named in it no longer apply — qardon.com is free for you. A change is published as a new version; you are asked to accept a new version before your next new contract, and every earlier acceptance is kept.
You open your payment account inside qardon.com; Stripe asks for your details on its own secure page and keeps them. qardon.com stores no ID number and no bank number. The account is yours: you can see it in your own Stripe dashboard, and it stays yours if you leave.
Stripe charges your account directly for its own processing: 0.8% per bank payment, never more than $5; cards 2.9% + 30¢ (Stripe’s published US prices, read on 2026-10-19 at stripe.com/pricing). qardon.com takes nothing out of your customers’ payments.
Each payment is taken on the date in your signed contract, from the account your customer authorized in your name, and it settles in your own account. One price, whether paid now or monthly; nothing is added for paying over time, and there are no late charges, ever. A customer who cannot pay is offered help, never a penalty. Refunds and disputes are handled in your own account.
You can stop collecting through qardon.com at any time. Your customers are told how to pay you directly, their authorizations through qardon.com are released, and your payment account stays yours.
These seller terms sit beside the Terms of Service. Where they speak about selling and collecting payments, these govern. They are not legal advice; your own licences and legal duties are yours to confirm.
