Seller Terms

This version is retired. It was replaced on 2026-10-20 by the current Seller Terms (owner ruling Z17: dealers and sellers pay nothing). It is kept as the record of what was accepted under it. Version: qardon-com-seller-terms-v1-2026-10-19. Effective date: 2026-10-19. A change is published as a new version; you are asked to accept a new version before your next new contract, and every earlier acceptance is kept.

1. What you accept

  1. qardon.com is a technology platform. It is not a party to any sale made through it.
  2. You are the seller and the creditor. You sell, you write your contract with our system, and you execute the sale.
  3. Your customers’ payments are collected into your own payment account, opened in your own name, and never into a Fotoh account.
  4. Fotoh charges a dealer only for using the platform: $500 a month for each lot, and $19 a month for each customer whose payments it collects for him, plus $99 for setting up each contract. These are billed to the dealer, never taken out of a customer’s payment. An individual (private) seller pays $9.99 his first month (the setup and the first month), then $4.99 a month while his listing is active or his payments are being collected — no fee per customer, never a percentage.
  5. You are responsible for your own licences and legal duties, including any licence, registration, title or lien filing and tax that applies to your sales and to collecting their payments in your state.
  6. Fotoh does not count or report your sales for any government purpose.

2. Your payment account

You open your payment account inside qardon.com; Stripe asks for your details on its own secure page and keeps them. qardon.com stores no ID number and no bank number. The account is yours: you can see it in your own Stripe dashboard, and it stays yours if you leave.

Stripe charges your account directly for its own processing: 0.8% per bank payment, never more than $5; cards 2.9% + 30¢ (Stripe’s published US prices, read on 2026-10-19 at stripe.com/pricing). qardon.com takes nothing out of your customers’ payments.

3. Your customers’ payments

Each payment is taken on the date in your signed contract, from the account your customer authorized in your name, and it settles in your own account. One price, whether paid now or monthly; nothing is added for paying over time, and there are no late charges, ever. A customer who cannot pay is offered help, never a penalty. Refunds and disputes are handled in your own account.

4. Leaving

You can stop collecting through qardon.com at any time. Your customers are told how to pay you directly, their authorizations through qardon.com are released, and your payment account stays yours.

5. These terms and the general terms

These seller terms sit beside the Terms of Service. Where they speak about selling and collecting payments, these govern. They are not legal advice; your own licences and legal duties are yours to confirm.
