Version: qardon-com-seller-terms-v3-2026-10-24. Effective date: 2026-10-24. The versions in force before this one are kept, marked retired, at /legal/seller-terms-v2 and /legal/seller-terms-v1; what they say about a payment processor and prices no longer applies — qardon.com is free for you, and it runs no payment processor. A change is published as a new version; you are asked to accept a new version before your next new contract, and every earlier acceptance is kept.
Your money stays in your own account, in your own name, at the investment-account platform (Alpaca) or your own bank. qardon.com runs no payment processor and holds no money, not for a moment. qardon.com stores no ID number and no bank number. If you also take payments through a processor of your own, that is your own business tool, outside qardon.com.
Money moves between people’s own accounts. Moving it straight from your customer’s Alpaca account to yours is waiting on Alpaca’s approval; until then, your customers pay you directly and qardon.com records each payment. qardon.com takes nothing out of your customers’ payments, and there are no fees at the start.
Each payment falls due on the date in your signed contract and goes from your customer to you directly. qardon.com keeps the contract, the payment schedule and the record of each payment received. One price, whether paid now or monthly; nothing is added for paying over time, and there are no late charges, ever. A customer who cannot pay is offered help, never a penalty. Refunds and disputes are between you and your customer.
You can leave qardon.com at any time. Your contracts and their records stay yours, your customers keep paying you directly, and your account stays yours.
These seller terms sit beside the Terms of Service. Where they speak about selling and about your customers’ payments, these govern. They are not legal advice; your own licences and legal duties are yours to confirm.
