Somebody wants what you are selling and cannot pay the whole amount today. They asked, through us, whether you would let them pay you monthly instead. You are under no obligation. If you are open to it, there are three ways to do it, and we do the contract, the collection and the filings on all three.
You pick one. It is written into the agreement exactly as you chose it, before anybody signs.
You let the buyer pay you monthly, and the total they pay is exactly your cash price. You wait for your money and you ask nothing extra for waiting. In return your listing reaches the buyers who can pay monthly but cannot pay all at once — and it carries the strongest badge on the platform.
You set a second price: what the item costs when it is bought over time instead of paid for today. It is one number, you set it once, and it compensates you for waiting for your money. It is fixed the moment it is signed — it does not grow, it does not change if the buyer pays late, and nothing can ever be added to it.
You are paid your full cash price at closing by the community fund. The fund then becomes the seller of record and carries the monthly payments. You have no schedule to wait for, nothing to collect and no paperwork to hold afterwards. This depends on funds being available for your item, so it is a choice you register — not a promise we make.
Whichever you choose: we write the contract and the document that records your claim on the item, we collect the monthly payments, and we handle the filing and the notary steps. The buyer pays no platform fee. You pay for the service, and that fee is shown to you in writing before you commit to anything. See exactly what we do →
Nothing here is a signature. This records which of the three you want, so we can prepare the agreement and put it — along with the fee — in front of you in writing.
