When qardon.org has its 501(c)(3) lending license in your state:

  • qardon.org pays you cash for the vehicle at a negotiated industry cash discount (typical 3–7%).
  • qardon.org owns the receivable; buyer pays installments to qardon.org at 0%.
  • You get a faster sale, no installment-collection responsibility, normal cash-discount math.
  • The captured cash discount funds qardon.org's lending pool operations.
  • qardon.com continues operating the orchestration, collection, default handling.

Phase B rolls out state-by-state as qardon.org completes state-level lending licensing. Until then, Phase A is fully operational and you can list, sell, and get paid upfront today.

How is qardon.com different from my captive lender (Toyota Financial, Ford Credit, etc.)?

Captives are subsidized financing arms of the manufacturer — useful when there's a promo, but they push specific models and they're tied to your franchise. Qardon.com is universal: any model, any make, used or new. The 0% is genuinely 0% on every term length, not a teaser. You get paid upfront in 2 business days, same as a captive. The 2.9% fee is your only cost.

What's the difference between Phase A and Phase B?

Phase A is live today: qardon.com (the for-profit tech subsidiary) pays you upfront minus 2.9%, then collects buyer installments at 0%. Phase B activates when qardon.org (the independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit) completes its state-by-state lending license: then qardon.org pays you cash at a negotiated industry cash discount (3–7%, smaller than the 2.9% transaction fee but it's actual cash), owns the receivable, and the captured cash discount funds qardon.org's lending pool. Phase B is a cleaner economic structure for everyone; Phase A is fully operational until Phase B reaches your state.

What if the buyer defaults?

You're already paid in full at T+2. Default risk is on us, not on you. Our humane-default flow runs: grace period, restructure, Recovery referral if the buyer qualifies (medical, job loss, disaster), settlement, and only as a last resort — and only voluntarily — vehicle return. No collections agency in your name. No repossession in your name. Your customer remembers you as a great sale.

How do I upload my inventory?

Three options: (1) CSV bulk-upload with VIN, year, make, model, mileage, asking price, condition notes, and photo URLs; (2) VIN-by-VIN manual entry in the dealer dashboard; (3) real-time API feed from your DMS — DealerSocket, Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK Global all integrated at launch. Do I have to be a Muslim-owned dealership?

No. Universal-access: any dealer, any country, any faith can list. Your Muslim customers benefit from the faith-aligned 0% product they don't have today; everyone else benefits from a financially better deal than any competitor offers. The pitch to your customers isn't religious — it's "0% interest, true 0%, every term length, no penalty fees."

Who decides who's approved?

Qardon.com runs identity + creditworthiness scoring on every buyer at application time. Approval, conditional approval, or decline returns to your dashboard in seconds. We carry the credit risk — you carry zero default exposure. ECOA-compliant adverse-action notice is delivered to declined buyers automatically.

What about trade-ins?

Trade-in valuation is integrated via Kelley Blue Book API and Black Book API. Buyer enters their trade-in details; we surface an instant offer; the value is applied against the down payment on the new vehicle. You handle the title transfer on the trade-in side; we handle the financing side.

Can I withdraw a listing at any time?

Yes. Withdraw any time via the dashboard or DMS sync. Pending-sale items are locked until the transaction resolves (typically less than 24 hours from buyer application to close). Withdrawal events are logged for your records.
